The proponent plans to develop a 1.8 hectare farm in Salmon Cove, Conception Bay. The farm land will be used to grow medicinal herbs (Sea Buckthorn and Edible Honeysuckle trees) on an experimental basis.

• March 2, 2001 – The Minister announced that the project was released from environmental assessment.
