Project Description:

The proponent is proposing to build a new seaside resort near Back Cove located just east of the Town of Lawn. The resort would consist of two buildings measuring approximately 9.75m X 18.3m each. To access the site it would be necessary to construct a 1500 metre access road from Lawn to Back Cove.

• October 3, 2001 – The undertaking was registered.
• November 7, 2001 – Public comments are due.
• November 17, 2001 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• November 23, 2001 – The undertaking is released.
