Project Description:

The proponent proposes to develop walking and multi-purpose trails from Melrose, in Trinity Bay North to Peaches Cove, and along the coastline to Green Bay. One of the trails would be a shoreline trail and the other would be constructed as a multi-purpose trail for All-Terrain Vehicles. There would also be three interconnecting trails from the shoreline trail to the multi-purpose trail to access viewing platforms placed along the shoreline trail.

• May 13, 2021 – The undertaking was registered.
• June 18, 2021 – Deadline for public comments.
• June, 27, 2021 – The Minister’s Decision is due.
• July 16, 2021 – The Minister announced that the project is released.
