Project Description:

The proponent proposes to harvest in the Warfords Northwest and Southwest area (north of Red Indian Lake) a total of approximately 5,500 cubic metres of timber representing approximately 57 hectares. Harvest is scheduled for the summer/fall of 2004. To access the timber 3.9 kilometres of new operational roads will be constructed.

• November 27, 2003 – The undertaking was registered.
• January 1, 2004 – Public comments are due.
• January 16, 2004 – The Minister released the project from further environmental assessment.
