Project Description:

The proponent plans to develop 50 full-service sites for a recreational vehicle (R.V.) park on five acres of land at Deer Lake. The site is located to the North of the Humber River and West of the Northern Peninsula Highway. There will be a 750 square foot building for laundry, showers, & restrooms and a Bio Green Waste Water Treatment System. Construction is planned to start this summer.

• May 20, 2004 – The undertaking was registered.
• June 25, 2004 – Public comments are due.
• July 16, 2004 – The Minister released the project from further environmental assessment.
