Project Description:

The proponent proposes to construct a cottage access road at the north end of Bonne Bay Big Pond, in Western Newfoundland. The gravel access road will be approximately 2 kilometres in length and 5.5 metres wide. The project is tentatively set to start this fall, weather permitting.

• October 26, 2004 – The undertaking was registered.
• November 30, 2004 – Public comments are due.
• December 10, 2004 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• December 10, 2004 – The Minister announced the project has been released from further environmental assessment review.
