Project Description:

The proponent proposes to operate an auto salvage and recycling facility on Bauline Line approximately 5.7 kilometres from the intersection of Torbay road and Bauline Line. There will be, in addition to dismantling of automobiles, sale of used parts and some mechanical servicing. The garage is located approximately 130 metres from the main road in Bauline. The building consists of a concrete floor with metal siding and is approximately 75 metres by 15 metres.

• August 17, 2005 – The undertaking was registered.
• September 22, 2005 – Public comments are due.
• October 28, 2005 – The Minister released the project from further environmental assessment.
