Project Description:

The proponent proposes to develop fifty-nine one hectare rural residential building lots on an eighty-three hectare parcel of land situated on the north shore of the Humber River , between the community of Humber Village and the Marbleview Estates development. Access to the site will be via existing access roads and the bridge through Humber Village . Water will be supplied by individual artesian wells and each property will have an on-site septic system.

• January 31, 2006 – The undertaking was registered.
• March 7, 2006 – Public comments are due.
• April 4, 2006 – The Minister released the project from further environmental assessment.
