Project Description:

The proponent is for a 19-lot chalet development adjacent to The Wilds Golf Course bordering the Salmonier River. The course is located on Salmonier Line (Route 90), approximately 16 kilometres south of the Trans Canada Highway. The 19 lots will range from 0.2161 hectares to 0.577 hectares and the project will include a total of 580 metres of roadway.

• September 28, 2007 – The undertaking was registered.
• November 5, 2007 – Public comments are due.
• November 12, 2007 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• March 11, 2008 – The Minister releases the undertaking from environmental assessment subject to conditions.
