Project Description:

The proponent plans to develop approximately 500 metres of ATV trail to access a remote cottage located approximately one kilometre west of Route 220, near Winterland, on the Burin Peninsula. Trail preparation is scheduled to begin in April 2010, subject to approval.

• January 26, 2010 – The undertaking was registered.
• March 3, 2010 – Public comments are due.
• March 12, 2010 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• March 29, 2010 – The Minister released the undertaking.
