Project Description:

The proponent proposes the construction of an all terrain vehicle (ATV) trail to access a remote cabin at Vey’s Pond, in the vicinity of Deer Lake. The trail will be located off of a logging road and will be 300 metres in length and 2 metres wide. Work will include removal of stumps, rocks and timber for approximately 250 metres and 50 metres of corduroy built from logs cut on the trail. Work associated with construction is expected to take approximately 2 days. The undertaking is scheduled is begin upon receipt of approval.

• November 24, 2010 – The undertaking was registered.
• December 29, 2010 – Public comments are due.
• January 7, 2011 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• February 15, 2011 – The undertaking was released.
