Project Description:

The proponent proposes the construction of an all terrain vehicle (ATV) trail to accessremote cabins at Yellow Cove, near Terrenceville on the Burin Peninsula. The trail willbe located between Big Diver Pond, near Terrenceville and Yellow Cove and will beapproximately 9.5 kilometres in length and a maximum of four metres wide. Constructionof the trail is to include manual labour and use of an excavator and is expected start inthe summer upon receipt of required permits.

• February 24, 2011 – The undertaking was registered.
• April 1, 2011 – Public comments are due.
• April 9, 2011 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• April 20, 2011 – The Minister announced that the project is released.
