Project Description:

The proponent proposes to construct an access road to an existing quarry at Brown’s Armin Central Newfoundland. The access road will connect to highway route 341 (Brown’s ArmRoad) and is located just outside the Community of Brown’s Arm, Bay of Exploits, west ofLewisporte. The proposed access road will be 1.5 kilometres in length.

• February 22, 2012 – The undertaking was registered.
• March 30, 2012 – Public comments are due.
• April 7, 2012 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• May 31, 2012 – Project rejected.
