Project Description:

The proponent intends to construct a 3.5 kilometre ATV trail from Padille Pond to Pierre Pond in central Newfoundland, 68 kilometres east of Stephenville Crossing. The trail will be partially constructed on existing skidder trails in the area and will be three to four metres wide. Construction is scheduled to will take place in the summer of 2013.

• January 21, 2013 — The undertaking was registered.
• February 26, 2013 — Public comments are due.
• March 7, 2013 — The Minister’s decision is due.
• April 25, 2013 – The Minister announced that the project is released.
