Project Description:

The proponent proposes to construct an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) trail to a remote cabin at Cataracts Pond, near Cataracts Provincial Park, off Route 91 Old Placentia Bay Highway in the St. Mary’s Bay area. The proposed ATV trail will be approximately one kilometre in length and three metres wide.

• April 12, 2018 – The undertaking was registered.
• May 18, 2018 – Deadline for public comments.
• May 27, 2018 – The Minister’s Decision is due.
• June 7, 2018 – The Minister announced that the project is released.
