Project Description:

The proponent proposes to develop and operate a 10,200 square metre licensed cannabis production facility at 138 Clyde Avenue, Donovans Industrial Park, Mount Pearl. The project will include construction of a two-storey steel structure to house the cultivation of cannabis plants. The building includes 31 grow rooms as well as processing rooms and office space.

• December 19, 2018 – The undertaking was registered.
• January 24, 2019 – Deadline for public comments.
• February 2, 2019 – The Minister’s Decision is due.
• February 7, 2019 – The Minister announced that the project is released.
