Project Description:

The proponent proposes to construct an earthen perimeter berm to prevent flooding at the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro Springdale Terminal Station on Route 392. The flood control berm surrounding the station will be approximately 270 metres in length with a height of one metre. The berm is to control flooding and runoff from Davis Brook, a tributary of Indian River.
