Project Description:

The proponent proposes to develop and operate a 495 square metre micro-cultivation cannabis production facility to supply cannabis for the recreational market. Total canopy space for growing will be limited to 200 square metres. The project will be located at 169 Ryder’s Brook Road, George’s Brook-Milton and is proposing the construction of a new insulated concrete-form building that will be soundproof, vapour-impermeable and odour-proof.

• September 23, 2019 – The undertaking was registered.
• October 31, 2019 – Deadline for public comments.
• November 7, 2019 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• December 11, 2019 – The Minister announced that the project is released.
