Project Description:

The proponent proposes to construct a residential dwelling at 22 Elms Place in the Town of Hampden, off Route 421. The dwelling will be located on a 0.186-hectare lot approximately 130 metres from the Hampden River. Development will consist of land clearing and levelling, installation of water and sewer systems, landscaping and building construction. The dwelling will be a wood-framed structure built on a concrete foundation.

  • October 29, 2019 – The undertaking was registered.
  • December 5, 2019 – Deadline for public comments.
  • December 14, 2019 – The Minister’s decision is due.
  • January 7, 2020 – The Minister announced that the project is released.
