Project Description:
The proponent is proposing to construct a new access road, approximately 470 metres in length. The road will allow access from Gull Pond Road on the southwest side of Pinchgut Lake to the Girl Guides of Canada’s property. Pinchgut Lake is approximately 14 kilometres west of Corner Brook on the Trans Canada Highway. The road construction will be comprised of cleaning and grubbing of forest area, installing a culvert for a stream crosing, and topping with rock fill.

- July 2, 2020 – Deadline for public comments.
- July 11, 2020 – The Minister’s decision is due.
- July 24, 2020 – The Minister announced the project is released.
