Project Description:

The proponent is proposing to establish and operate a microbrewery and tap room within an existing and newly constructed commercial building located at 27-29 Church Street, in the Town of Bonavista. The development would include building renovations to existing structure on site (electrical and plumbing upgrades) that will house the taproom as well as construction of a 2000 square foot building that will contain brewing equipment, a kitchen, bathrooms and a patio. The facility will use the municipal water and sewer systems and operate year-round.

 

• April 13, 2023 – The undertaking was registered.
• May 18, 2023 – Deadline for public comments.
• May 28, 2023 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• May 24, 2023 – The Minister determined the project is released.
