Project Description:
The proponent is proposing to remove the trestle on the T’Railway over Main Gut, Stephenville Crossing. The project location is 100 metres upstream of the Main Gut Bridge on Route 461. The trestle is currently under an advanced state of deterioration needing to be removed permanently. The project will include widening the T’Railway to enable access to the site, and demolition, removal, disposal of the bridge.
- July 18, 2023 – The undertaking was registered.
- August 24, 2023 – Deadline for public comments.
- September 1, 2023 – The Minister’s decision is due.
- September 7, 2023 – The Minister determined the Project is released.
