Project Description:

The proponent proposes to construct a residential dwelling at 28 Elms Place in the Town of Hampden, off Route 421. The dwelling will be located on a 0.31-hectare lot approximately 62 metres from the Hampden River. Development will consist of land clearing, landscaping and leveling; the construction of a driveway and one-storey residential dwelling with concrete foundation (approximately 20 metres by 23 metres); and, the installation of a water and sewer system. Future ancillary buildings may be constructed including a garage and shed.

  • December 6, 2023 – Deadline for public comments.
  • December 16, 2023 – The Minister’s decision is due.
  • December 14, 2023 – The Minister determined that the Project is released.
