Project Description:

The proponent is planning to establish and operate a microbrewery within the existing Union Electric Building at 49-53 Main Road, Port Union on the Bonavista Peninsula. Construction will include an access road, storage shed and patio, as well as renovations to the interior of the building. The microbrewery is expected to operate year-round and produce approximately 940 hectolitres of beer annually.

• March 26, 2019 – The undertaking was registered.
• May 2, 2019 – Deadline for public comments.
• May 10, 2019 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• May 14, 2019 – The Minister’s announced that the project is released.
