Project Description:

The proponent plans to construct a 20 x 30 foot remote cottage for recreational purposes along the Upper Humber River. The cottage site will be accessed from Taylor’s Brook Road and is located approximately 21 kilometres from Route 420. Water and septic services are to include the construction of a pit privy and transportation of potable water to the cottage.

• August 27, 2019 – The undertaking was registered.
• October 4, 2019 – Deadline for public comments.
• October 11, 2019 – The Minister’s decision is due
• November 6, 2019 – The undertaking is released.
