Project Description:

The proponent proposes to build a cabinet manufacturing plant and install a spraycoating system on a 0.6 hectare lot at 918 Torbay Road. The exhaust fans on the sprayequipment will ventilate to the roof after filtering the particulates and volatile organiccompounds. It is anticipated that the spray booth will be used approximately 12 percentof the time. The building will be 1,324 square metres in area consisting of a showroom,office, mill shop, storage area, paint booth area, and a commercial rental space.

• October 25, 2019 – The undertaking was registered.
• November 29, 2019 – Deadline for public comments.
• December 9, 2019 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• January 7, 2020 – The Minister announced that the project is released.
