Project Description:

The Proponent proposes to transition an existing portable concrete batch plant and associated stockpile area in the Town of Glovertown to a permanent concrete batch plant at the same location. The existing portable concrete batch plant site  is held under quarry permits and has been in operation since 2005. No change to existing equipment or operations is expected.

• July 6, 2023 – The undertaking was registered.
• August 11, 2023 – Deadline for public comments.
• August 20, 2023 – The Minister’s Decision is due.
• August 31, 2023 – The Minister determined that the Project is released.
