Project Description:

The proponent proposes to develop and operate an 80,940 square metre licensed cannabis production and packaging facility for non-medical cannabis and cannabis-related products. The facility will be located at 160 Main Street, Barachois Brook. The project will include a retrofit of an existing building and the construction of a new 13,935 square metre facility.

• May 14, 2019 – The undertaking was registered.
• June 18, 2019 – Deadline for public comments.
• June 28, 2019 – The Minister’s decision is due
• July 3, 2019 – The Minister announced that the project is released.
