1. Report width is larger than the paper width.
Have your computer support set the default printer orientation to landscape.
2. Unexpected Error 3022
Contact Medical Care Plan (MCP) Electronic Claims Software Support.
3. Database Conversion Error 58 – file already exists.
If both BECF001.exe and ECF001.exe exist in your Medical Care Plan (MCP) folder, delete ECF001.exe. If you encounter any further problems, call Medical Care Plan (MCP) Electronic Claims Software Support.

The “Regional Settings Language” on your PC must be “English (United States)” or “English (Canadian)”.
To check your “Regional Settings Language”, go to Start – Settings – Control Panel. Choose the icon “Regional Settings. If the Language is not English (United States) or English (Canadian), click the drop down box and highlight the correct language.
5.Error 50011 – date must be in the format yyyy/mm/dd
The “Short Date Style” on your PC must be in the format MM/DD/YYYY and the “Date Separator” must be / (slash).
To check your “Short Date Style” and “Date Separator”, go to Start – Settings – Control Panel. Choose the icon “Regional Settings”, then the tab “Date”. If the Short Date Style is not MM/DD/YYYY, click the drop down box and choose MM/DD/YYYY. If MM/DD/YYYY is not a choice, type MM/DD/YYYY in the Short Date Style text box. Then, choose “/” in the “Date Separator” drop down box.
