Bed Bugs
Over the past few years there has been a reemergence of bed bugs in North America. Bed bugs are small biting insects that multiply quickly and travel easily. An infestation can cause anxiety, secondary infections, allergic reactions and financial hardship. Multi-unit dwellings, including hotels, apartments, hostels, shelters, student residences and rooming houses, are high-risk locations for bed bug infestations.
If you are concerned about a bed bug infestation you can call an Environmental Health Officer with the Department of Digital Government and Service NL.
