- Certification exam candidates will be asked to confirm their email address on the exam envelope prior to beginning an exam.
- Once a certification exam is completed, the Certification Exam Coordinator grades the exam.
- An email containing the grade is sent to each candidate.

Please note: Grades are released 10 business days after the exam day.
Exam Feedback Forms
Exam feedback forms are reviewed by the Certification Exam Coordinator. If a candidate identifies an issue with a question on an exam, the form is forwarded to the Program Development Specialist responsible for exam development.
In the case of the Red Seal exams, the feedback form is provided to the host jurisdiction (province/territory) for the trade, for their review and follow-up.
