Journeypersons

Certified journeypersons are formally certified tradespersons whose combined work experience and in-school training have allowed them to master all the required skills of the trade, as set by industry. A journeyperson’s certification must be verified by an Apprenticeship Program Officer before they are permitted to mentor an apprentice and sign off skills acquired on the job.
